📦 Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The product must be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Used or opened products

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or clearance items

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect

❌ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.
